Decluttering & Organizing
Limited Clutter per Room: $150-$450
Lots of Clutter per Room: $450-$750

With our decluttering service, we customize our approach depending on the size and scope of the project. We can help you declutter anything from your master closet, your playroom, your garage, heck, your whole home!
We also recognize there are barriers to decluttering including physical and mental burdens. We empathize and customize each project to fit your needs and your pace.
With this service we will follow the steps below and finalize with containerizing / organizing your items to close out the project. We take items with us on your behalf to donate, sell, or trash. Out of sight, out of mind.
Moving / Downsizing
Price depends on size of home and needs of project.

Moving is a huge life event! With this service we can help you with a variety of needs. If you need to prepare your home to sell, we can assist with decluttering to get you ready for staging and photos to get your home sold!
We can also assist in your moving process. We will assess your current home against the home you are moving to. Whether you are moving to a larger or smaller (downsizing) space, we got you! We can help with packing up your current home and even unpack you and get you organized in your new space!
Selling
50% commission on all items sold
We can assist with selling items on your behalf. We will work with you to review items you’d like sold, pricing out the items for fair value, and we take it from there! Once the item(s) are sold, we take 50% of the sale as selling takes time.

Step 1: Free Home Assessment (In person or virtually)
Step 2: Scope out project with you to determine Priorities and Goals
Step 3: Cost estimate and timeline agreement
Step 4: Schedule decluttering Kick-Off and subsequent visits
Step 5: Categorize and decide on items for Removal (purge), Donation, and/or to be Sold
*We can take all Items with us to be disposed, donated, or sold on your behalf
Step 6: Project Completion to containerize and organize items staying
Step 8: Post Follow-Up and tips & tricks for ongoing declutter maintenance
