Unpacking and move-in organizing

Turn your new house into a home faster. We’ll unpack boxes, organize your belongings, create functional spaces, and remove packing materials so you can settle in with ease.

Skip the months of living out of boxes

Almost everyone unpacks the kitchen and the beds, then stalls. The rest sits in the garage or a spare room until it quietly becomes storage.

We unpack everything, decide where it genuinely belongs, and build the systems while the house is still a blank slate — which is far easier than retrofitting them later. Then the boxes, paper, and packing material go with us.

What’s included

  • Unpack every box
  • Sort and group belongings
  • Set up kitchens, closets, and storage
  • Build systems before habits form
  • Break down and remove all packing material
  • Flag anything worth donating or selling

How unpacking and move-in organizing works

The same four steps we use on every job, applied to unpacking.

Pull — Boxes opened room by room, contents laid out so you can see what arrived and what was packed in a hurry.

Purge — The move is the last chance to let go of what should not have come. Duplicates and the things that did not fit the old home rarely fit the new one.

Plan — Kitchen first, then bedrooms and bathrooms, then everything else. Zones designed for the new layout, not copied from the old house.

Place — Everything placed, shelves lined, closets set up at the right height, and the empty boxes and paper hauled away the same day.
