Commercial and business organizing in Northern Kentucky
We organize for businesses as well as homes. Storage closets, supply rooms and back-of-house spaces get the same judgment-free process we use in a home, with one extra goal: a system so obvious that every person who shares the space can keep it working, across Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati.

For businesses
Business organizing for shared spaces that have to work
A back-of-house space is judged on one thing: can a staff member grab what they need in thirty seconds between clients? Every decision we make in a business serves that.
The four steps are the same ones we use in a home. The difference is that several people share the space, so the system has to be obvious to someone who did not build it. We zone by how staff actually use the room, label what lives where, and keep the floor clear so the room stays organized.

How it works
How to organize a commercial storage room, step by step
The same four steps we use in a home, applied to a space several people share.
01
Pull: open every box
Every box comes out and gets opened. In a shared room nobody knows what is in a taped box, so nobody throws it away.
02
Purge: clear what no one needs
Empty boxes, broken decorations, duplicates and packaging from products long since sold all go. Anything that belongs to another department goes back to that department.
03
Plan: zone by how staff work
Everyday supplies nearest the door, event supplies on a rolling cart, marketing materials together, seasonal items bagged and low. The floor is reserved for things that stand.
04
Place: obvious to everyone
Clear bins at eye level, labeled drawers and trays, and a clear path to electrical panels. A storage room you can walk into is one that stays organized.

Pricing
How much does commercial organizing cost?
Every project is different, so pricing depends on the size of the space and the level of support you need. Send the details through the consultation form, and a few photos are often enough for Jaimie to give you a personalized estimate without a visit.
Small item removal is included with every decluttering project. Large hauls, such as furniture or a full garage load, may carry an additional charge, and you hear about it before the job starts. Items with resale value can be sold on your behalf for a 50% commission.

Working with businesses
What kinds of businesses do you organize?
We have organized a back-of-house storage closet at a med spa in Crescent Springs and a supply room at a senior living community in Union. Storage closets, supply rooms and shared back-of-house spaces are a good fit.
How long does a commercial storage room take?
Both of our commercial projects shown here were finished in one session. Larger spaces may take more, and your estimate is based on the space.
Do you work with senior living and assisted living communities?
Yes. We help residents move in and we have organized community storage rooms. We are happy to coordinate with the community staff.

Do you need to come to my home before giving an estimate?
Not always. A lot of the time, a few photos of the space are enough for Jaimie to understand the project and give you an estimate. Start with the consultation form and we’ll let you know if a visit would help.
Do you haul things away, and does it cost extra?
Small item removal is included with every decluttering project: donations, recycling, and trash leave with us the same day. Large hauls, such as furniture or a full garage load, may cost extra, and we tell you before the job starts.
Is everything kept confidential?
Yes. We know we’re working in your personal space, and we respect your privacy at all times. Everything you share with us stays confidential.
Do I need to buy organizing bins first?
No, we recommend waiting. We declutter first so we know exactly what needs storing before buying containers. It saves money, and everything fits your space.
