We recommend that you’re available during the decluttering portion since only you can decide what to keep. Once those decisions are made, there may be times when you can step away while we organize and create systems.

No! In fact, we recommend waiting. We like to declutter first so we know exactly what needs to be stored before purchasing containers. This helps save money and ensures everything fits your space properly.
We’ll help sort items into categories for donating, selling, recycling, or discarding. If you’d like, we can also coordinate donation drop-offs or help prepare items for resale.

Yes. We are not a junk removal company, but what you let go of leaves with us. Small item removal is included with every decluttering project: donations, recycling, and trash leave with us the same day. Large hauls, such as furniture or a full garage load, may carry an additional charge, and we tell you before the job starts. Items with resale value can be sold on your behalf for a 50% commission.
