Downsizing help for Northern Kentucky homes

Downsizing is a decision, and we help you make it well. Whether you’re moving to a smaller home or simply simplifying your life, we help you thoughtfully sort, organize, donate, sell, and let go of what no longer serves you—making the transition smooth and manageable.

Going smaller is a decision, not a chore

Downsizing is rarely just logistics. There are things in that house tied to a marriage, a career, children who have grown up. Deciding what comes with you is emotional work, and rushing it never goes well.

We go at your pace. We’ll ask good questions, give you an honest professional opinion when you want one, and never pressure you. Every decision stays yours — we just make the deciding easier, then handle the lifting, hauling, donating, and reselling.

Where things go

  • Keep — organized into the new space
  • Family — set aside for children and relatives
  • Sell — we prepare and consign, 50% commission
  • Donate — we coordinate and deliver
  • Recycle or discard — hauled away by us

How downsizing works

The same four steps we use on every job, applied to downsizing.

Pull — We measure the new home first, so the sorting has a real limit: this many shelves, this much hanging rail, these rooms.

Purge — Keep, gift to family, sell, donate, discard. We can sell items on your behalf for a 50% commission or refer an estate sale.

Plan — The rooms that carry the least emotion go first: garage, storage, kitchen. Bedrooms and keepsakes last, when the pace is set.

Place — What stays is packed by its new room. What leaves, leaves the same day, so the house looks like progress after every session.

Downsizing questions we hear in Northern Kentucky

A typical family home is four to eight sessions over one to two months, one room at a time. Rushing it is the most common mistake.

It is offered to family, sold through our resale partners, or donated. Nothing is discarded that could be used, and nothing leaves without your say-so.

We are based in Union, Kentucky and help people downsize across Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati.
