What happens after you call? Working with a professional organizer has five steps, and the first one is free. Here is exactly what happens between the moment you reach out and the moment the first room is finished, so there are no surprises.
1. What happens after you call: the free home assessment
In person or virtual, your choice. We walk the space, or you walk us through it on a video call, and we listen. What is driving you crazy, what you have tried, what a good outcome would look like. Please do not tidy up first. We need to see the room as it really works. There is no charge and no obligation.
2. Scope the project
Together we agree on the priorities. Which room first, what has to be true when we are done, and where the boundaries are. Some clients want one closet. Some want the whole house over a season. Both are fine, and starting small is often the smartest way to begin.
3. Cost and timeline
You get a real number and a realistic timeline based on the assessment, not a guess. Our pricing is per room, in two bands, depending on how much is in the space, and the assessment tells us which band your rooms fall into. If a large haul or resale is involved, that is quoted here too.
4. Schedule the kick-off
We find a day that works for everyone who needs to be there. That usually means you, because your decisions are what make the project stick. Sessions are typically a half day; whole-home projects are one room per session, spaced so you can live with each finished room before the next.
5. Sort and categorize
The work itself follows our four-step method: everything out, decisions made, a system planned, everything placed. Donations leave with us the same day. You end the session with a finished room, not a half-done one.
After the first room
Most clients start with one room and ask us back for the rest of the house once they feel the difference. There is no minimum and no contract. When you are ready for the next room, you call.

The first visit is free, in your home or over the phone, and you are under no obligation to book anything after it. Book a free assessment, or see real before and after projects across Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati first.
